We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date, time, therapist, and treatment. Same-day appointments may occasionally be available, subject to the schedule.

We bring everything required to create a complete home-spa experience, including a professional massage bed, fresh linens and towels, natural massage oil, and calming music. You simply choose a comfortable space and relax.

The massage bed measures approximately 90 cm x 180 cm. We recommend a clear area of at least 120 cm x 200 cm, with a little additional room for the therapist to move comfortably where possible.

A couples massage includes two therapists and two massage beds. We recommend setting up both beds in the same room so the treatments can begin and finish together, although separate rooms can also be arranged if preferred. Please check out our Couple Massage Home Service.

Signature Relaxation is a gentle, flowing treatment designed to ease stress and encourage full-body relaxation. Muscle Restoration uses more focused techniques and firmer, adjustable pressure to address stiffness, tension, and overworked muscles. It is Khlome's deeper and more targeted treatment.

Khlome offers a curated selection of massage oils made with 100% natural ingredients. You may choose your preferred blend, and our therapist can guide you based on the experience you would like.

Drink warm water, allow your body time to rest, and avoid strenuous activity immediately after the treatment. We recommend waiting approximately three hours before showering, where practical, so the massage oils can remain on the skin for longer.

Muscle Restoration would be the most suitable option. The therapist can keep the pressure within your comfort level while using targeted techniques to work on areas of stiffness and post-exercise tension. Freshly laundered linens and towels are prepared for every appointment. Massage beds and reusable equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each use in accordance with Khlome's hygiene procedures.

Pregnancy massage may be considered from the second trimester, after 12 weeks, with approval from your doctor. The therapist will adapt the positioning, pressure, and techniques for comfort and safety. Following a natural birth, massage may generally be considered after two weeks; following a C-section, we recommend waiting at least eight weeks. In all cases, medical approval is required and timing may vary according to individual recovery.

Same-day cancellations made more than two hours before the appointment are subject to a charge of 50% of the total service price. Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, are subject to a charge of 100% of the total service price. These charges help us respect the therapist's reserved time, travel, and preparation while maintaining availability for all clients.
